Every listing is tied to a verified human who showed us the property on video. No bots, no ghosts.
Identity confirmed
We check government-issued ID for every verified landlord. The person you contact is who they say they are.
Ownership verified
We confirm the lister has the legal right to rent or sell the property before it goes live.
Fraud revocation
Any landlord who scams a tenant is immediately removed and their verification is permanently revoked.
Submit documents
Landlord submits government-issued ID (NIN or passport), proof of property ownership (title deed or survey plan), and at least 4 clear photos of the property.
Verification call
Our team schedules a short video call, typically within 24 hours. During the call, the landlord shows the property on camera and answers a few questions to confirm identity and ownership.
Green badge awarded
Once verified, the landlord profile and all their listings display a green ✓ Verified badge. This badge cannot be faked or purchased. It is only granted by OgaLanLord staff.
Ongoing monitoring
Verified status can be revoked if a landlord violates platform policies, receives verified fraud reports, or fails a re-verification check. All listings remain monitored post-approval.
