Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Basic plan is completely free. Just register and start listing. No card required.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all Nigerian bank cards, bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. No foreign cards needed.

Is there a refund policy?

If you cancel within 7 days of a new paid subscription and haven't used the premium features, we will issue a full refund. Contact support@ogalanlord.com.

Do agents get a discount for multiple listings?

The Premium plan already covers unlimited listings. For bulk or enterprise needs, email sales@ogalanlord.com for a custom quote.
